Scott is an experienced intellectual property, commercial and private client lawyer.
Prior to establishing MoranLaw in 2024, Scott was a Partner for over 20 years at national law firm Duncan Cotterill where he also led the opening and establishment of Duncan Cotterill’s Wellington Office and the establishment of the firm’s award winning intellectual property practice.
Scott has also held a number of prominent governance roles over the past decade in New Zealand National Sporting Organisations. Scott is currently the Vice President of New Zealand Football and a Board Member at Special Olympics New Zealand.
