Tracey is an experienced trade mark administrator with a practical understanding of trademarks in New Zealand and overseas jurisdictions.
With approximately 25 years’ experience in the intellectual property field, Tracey has developed an understanding of trade mark processes and requirements worldwide. Her experience includes trade mark filing and prosecution, portfolio management, renewals and supporting enforcement matters, with a particular strength in managing international trade mark portfolios and navigating deadlines.
Before joining MoranLaw, Tracey worked within the trade mark teams at two large law firms and two intellectual property firms in New Zealand. This experience has given her a strong foundation in trade mark administration and an appreciation of the importance of clear communication and efficient systems.
Tracey is valued for her approachable manner, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring clients’ trade mark portfolios are well maintained and managed.
