With the new legislation changes, all incorporated societies in New Zealand have until 5 April 2026 to re-register under the new Act or they will cease to exist as incorporated societies.
If this feels daunting, join us at this free, informal, in-person event hosted by our Director, Scott Moran, and Special Counsel, Lou Joblin where we'll dig deeper into what incorporated societies must do to re-register. It will be a practical discussion with plenty of time for questions.
