She regularly assists individuals, companies, venture capital and family offices with significant investments.

Kellee enjoys all things commercial contracts, from drafting and interpreting terms through to termination and disputes.

Kellee advises our commercial clients on IP licensing arrangements and consumer laws, and has recently advised one of the world's largest online retailers on a range of commercial and consumer law matters.

Kellee has an impressive CV having won a Duncan Cotterill scholarship in 2019 and being a past winner of the New Zealand Institute of Professional Legal Studies national Client Interviewing competition.

Kellee has a first-class honours degree in law from Victoria University of Wellington. In her spare time, she is also working towards completing bachelor of arts in gender studies and media studies.

Prior to helping establish MoranLaw Kellee worked in the commercial team at national law firm Duncan Cotterill.
