We're looking for an experienced commercial and corporate lawyer to join our high-performing team.
Our commercial and corporate work covers a broad range of legal matters including structuring, transactions, capital raising, commercial contracts, procurement and commercial disputes.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with some of New Zealand's leading business, not-for-profits and family offices
- Building trusted relationships with our clients and looking for opportunities to provide additional value to them
- Guiding and mentoring junior members of the team
About you:
- 3-5 years PQE, with relevant commercial and corporate experience
- You'll be hungry to learn and grow your skill set
- You'll be able to keep strict confidentiality, given the nature of the work we do
