She has particular expertise in managing trade mark portfolios for local and international clients and has an expert understanding of how the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and IP Australia work.
Kimberley also manages a number of important local and international domain name portfolios.
Prior to helping establish MoranLaw, Kimberley worked at national law firm Duncan Cotterill for 15 years, including a year working for intellectual property firms in the Midlands of the United Kingdom, and prior to that, AJ Park.
